Kids (age 6 - 14) will have a blast as they enhance flexibility, strength, balance and coordination through our kids yoga and fitness program. Mindful yoga-fit techniques will calm the nervous system, manage frustrations, and improve focus. Plus concentration and body awareness will improve through breathing techniques and healthy movement. 8-week series meets once a week. Parents can drop-off, stay to watch or take an adult class!
Kids (age 2 - 5) will develop focus and concentration while they practice fun yoga poses and fitness routines. Engaging in active play now will keep your little ones physically fit and help them stay active in the future! 8-week series meets once a week. Parent/guardian participation is required.

First Fridays, come unwind from a hectic school week as you build strength and increase your flexibility through fun yoga sequences and flowing poses. Balance your mind-body connection as you dive into deeply restful restorative yoga poses in the second half of class. Designed for kids age 10 - 16 years old, bring a friend!
Kids may sign up and begin attending a series once it has already begun at a prorated amount. If you pre-register you must cancel 48 hours in advance to receive a refund, no credits or transfers. Spots are limited; advance sign up is highly recommended.
