We've got the best child care in Bend! Children, 6 months - 6 years old, play in our entire ninja gym while you take class. Child care is offered for all of our 8:05 am + 9:15 am weekly morning classes.
Let your kids age 6 - 12, play during Kids Open Play or sign them up for one of our Ninja Warrior Classes while you take a yoga or fitness class. Available in the afternoon / evening.

The Great Yoga Wall was developed in the Bend area and is a versatile tool to go deeper into yoga poses and can be used in Yoga Therapy as well. Yoga Wall classes use yoga straps that are mounted into ball and socket anchors which have been seamlessly imbedded into the yoga studio walls at even intervals. These yoga straps allow yoga practitioners the ability to be supported in a wide array of poses and inversions. This an incredibly powerful and releasing yoga style and a wonderful addition the Bend yoga community. Come experience the Great Yoga Wall today!
In these slower paced yoga classes, your mind and body will connect as you build stability and strength while restoring flexibility. Class will start on your mat moving mindfully with accessible transitions and specific alignment cues to keep bodies safe. Then we will move to the Yoga Wall to work on finding more opening, stability and correct alignment in standing and balancing poses. Class ends in a nice wind-down that includes restoring poses either on the mat or on the Yoga Wall. All Levels Welcome!
Go deeper into your yoga practice through this combo mat and Yoga Wall class! These yoga classes begins on the mat flowing through fun and inspired sequences and then moves to the Yoga Wall where students will use the wall props to invert, learn proper alignment and go deeper into poses. You will increase strength, stamina, and flexibility while also strengthening your connection between mind, body, and spirit. All Levels Welcome!
This class will relieve soreness, tiredness, anxiety and stress by practicing yoga poses that help unwind tension and through self massage. By using props including therapy balls, foam rollers, yoga straps and the Great Yoga Wall students will leave feeling lighter and more mobile. In addition to a well-balanced weekly yoga practice, each week we will focus on different areas of the body including the neck and shoulders, hips and hamstrings, and all areas of the back. All levels welcome and no yoga experience needed!

Open to all abilities this well-rounded fitness class will enhance your cardiovascular system and tone your whole body through the use of full-range bodyweight movement patterns, light weight sandbells and kettlebells, a wide variety of resistance bands, speed cords, and much more! You'll never get bored and you'll always have fun preforming a huge variety of fitness movements that are fun and meaningful.
Gain strength and endurance and have fun doing it! This class focuses on kettlebell training while incorporating core-work, squats and other functional movement patterns, ending with foam rolling and stretching to get your day started off right!
An innovative and fresh approach to a TRX (total body resistance exercise) class! Build your power, strength balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously with suspension training that uses body weight exercises and incorporates additional cutting-edge strength training equipment including sandbells, maces, Bosu, core rollers!
