We've got the best child care in Bend! Children, 6 months - 6 years old, play in our entire ninja gym while you take class. Child care is offered for most of our weekly morning classes.

YOGA CLASSES

Taught in the Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga tradition we offer a variety of yoga classes for all levels. We also offer specialized Yoga Wall Classes unique in Bend. Our yoga teachers are experienced and knowledgable and will guide you safely from pose to pose through your yoga practice. Our studio is an uplifting space with high ceilings, bright natural light and natural wood floors. Come experience the mind and body benefits of yoga today! 

YOGA FLOW

All levels are encouraged to attend our signature Vinyasa flow yoga classes, which is built around sun salutations and building heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. Our highly knowledgable yoga teachers will guide you safely through smooth pose-to-pose transitions. Leave class feeling completely rejuvenated!  

YOGA SCULPT

Fusing the mindful approach of yoga with the physical benefits of strength training, sculpt is set to upbeat music and incorporates weighted exercises and cardio to strengthen and tone every major muscle group while boosting your metabolism. Please bring a towel and come ready to sweat, breath, and have fun! All Levels Welcome!

YOGA WALL CLASSES

The Great Yoga Wall was developed in the Bend area and is a versatile tool to go deeper into yoga poses and can be used in Yoga Therapy as well. Yoga Wall classes use yoga straps that are mounted into ball and socket anchors which have been seamlessly imbedded into the yoga studio walls at even intervals. These yoga straps allow yoga practitioners the ability to be supported in a wide array of poses and inversions. This an incredibly powerful and releasing yoga style and a wonderful addition the Bend yoga community. Come experience the Great Yoga Wall today!

YOGA WALL ALIGN

In these slower paced yoga classes, your mind and body will connect as you build stability and strength while restoring flexibility. Class will start on your mat moving mindfully with accessible transitions and specific alignment cues to keep bodies safe. Then we will move to the Yoga Wall to work on finding more opening, stability and correct alignment in standing and balancing poses. Class ends in a nice wind-down that includes restoring poses either on the mat or on the Yoga Wall. All Levels Welcome!

YOGA WALL FLOW

Go deeper into your yoga practice through this combo mat and Yoga Wall class! These yoga classes begins on the mat flowing through fun and inspired sequences and then moves to the Yoga Wall where students will use the wall props to invert, learn proper alignment and go deeper into poses. You will increase strength, stamina, and flexibility while also strengthening your connection between mind, body, and spirit. All Levels Welcome!

TENSION RELEASE YOGA

This class will relieve soreness, tiredness, anxiety and stress by practicing yoga poses that help unwind tension and through self massage. By using props including therapy balls, foam rollers, yoga straps and the Great Yoga Wall students will leave feeling lighter and more mobile. In addition to a well-balanced weekly yoga practice, each week we will focus on different areas of the body including the neck and shoulders, hips and hamstrings, and all areas of the back. All levels welcome and no yoga experience needed!

FITNESS CLASSES

Our fitness classes offer functional fitness movements at medium to high intensity levels which will offer you the maximum long-term health benefits. Never the same work out twice, we believe in a dynamic approach to fitness, never boring, never monotonous. Our small group training approach allows our highly trained fitness instructors the chance to correct your alignment and give you modifications that will avoid injury and keep you progressing. You'll have fun, be pushed, and get to utilize new innovative equipment!

SPIRIT FIT

Open to all abilities this well-rounded fitness class will enhance your cardiovascular system and tone your whole body through the use of full-range bodyweight movement patterns, light weight sandbells and kettlebells, a wide variety of resistance bands, speed cords, and much more! You'll never get bored and you'll always have fun preforming a huge variety of fitness movements that are fun and meaningful.

BARRE FUSION

Tone and sculpt long, lean muscles using barre techniques, with stretching and strengthening in this well- rounded class. This low impact, all levels class delivers an awesome full body workout, by using light weights to increase your strength, challenge your balance, and improve endurance with cardio.

KETTLEBELL FUSION

Gain strength and endurance and have fun doing it! This class focuses on kettlebell training while incorporating core-work, squats and other functional movement patterns, ending with foam rolling and stretching to get your day started off right! 

TRX FUSION

An innovative and fresh approach to a TRX (total body resistance exercise) class! Build your power, strength balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously with suspension training that uses body weight exercises and  incorporates additional cutting-edge strength training equipment including sandbells, maces, Bosu, core rollers! 

IMPORTANT INFO

  • Yoga classes are taught in a comfortable low to mid 70 degrees
  • Fitness classes are kept cool in the mid to high 60 degrees
  • To attend classes you must be 16+ years old
  • Kids 13+ may attend with parent / guardian
  • You must cancel at least 1 hour in advance; no shows will be charged accordingly
  • Advance sign up is recommended through our MindBody Online account
  • There is an 8-minute grace period for late arrivals 
  • Yoga mats may be rented for $2
