Our yoga and fitness series provide you with the chance to dive deeper into a specific aspect of your yoga practice and new opportunities to enhance your fitness experiences. As a family-focused fitness center we offer a wide range of body-positive and unique yoga and fitness series designed with young families in mind. We welcome you to meet and connect with other active families at our clean and bright studio!

Rejuvenate, relax and recharge as we move, breath and build community with other expectant moms! You’ll reduce common pregnancy discomforts and tensions, prepare your body for birth, improve your postpartum recovery and bring mindfulness to your daily life. Gain the strengthening benefits of a yoga flow class as well as the wonderful feeling of releasing tensions through supported restorative poses. We’ll focus on important muscle groups, including pelvic floor muscles, while using specific prenatal yoga movements to increase circulation, helping you sleep better at night. Refuel your energy and bring more contentment and joy to your life by moving the body and socializing with other pregnant mamas! All levels and stages of pregnancy are welcome.

Join other moms and babies for this special yoga series. During classes you will flow from pose to pose to help tone, stretch and strengthen your body while releasing tension, especially in your neck and shoulders. Plus, we will work to properly strengthen abdominal and back muscles to reduce postpartum back pain, while including movements and songs with babies. Spend quality time bonding with your baby while also hanging out with other moms with little ones! As a series each week we will build on the previous week's class. This is a great chance to meet other moms with littles!

Mommas bring your babies for specifically designed fitness routines and stretches empowering you in your journey to newfound fitness during your first year postpartum. Be guided through bodyweight movements and safe techniques for proper core work as we rebuild your foundation for whole-body fitness. Plus, we will go outside (weather permitting) with strollers for end of class fitness fun in the beautiful Old Mill District! Please come with a well-fitting baby carrier, be at least six weeks postpartum and have clearance from your care provider that you are ready for weight bearing exercise.

Join us for this unique opportunity to experience the Yoga Wall in-person. Often described as the mother of all props, the Yoga Wall is an incredible yoga tool that improves alignment, takes you deeper into poses, elongates the spine, re-aligns the pelvis and releases the hips. Plus the Yoga Wall allows you to invert safely without placing pressure on your neck, shoulders or wrists. Each week we’ll focus on different areas: the upper back, lower back, neck, shoulders, hips and pelvis. Yoga sequences and breathwork will connect each area of the body with different, subtle body energetics (Chakras and Vayus). Flowing yoga sequences on your mat as well as time on the Yoga Wall will increase your strength and flexibility while connecting your mind, body, and spirit. All levels are welcome.

Being a mom is one the most challenging and rewarding things you will ever do! Part of the challenge is feeling you don’t have the time or energy to keep yourself healthy in mind and body. Join us for this rewarding yoga series designed specifically for moms with younger kids, ages 6 and under (but no kids allowed during classes:). Develop a yoga and mindful practice that will build strength and flexibility and help balance emotions. Reduce common “mom” tensions especially in the low back, neck, and shoulders, while increasing core strength and rebalancing your hips and pelvis. Learn Ayurvedic Yoga methods to reduce fatigue. In addition, each week you’ll receive do-able daily mindful practices and journaling prompts. Let's create a wonderful community- all levels welcome!

Have you felt ready to take your yoga practice to the next level? Join studio owner Rachel Augustine in this special yoga series where students will deepen their understanding of asana (poses) with an emphasis on safe alignment, breath-work and yogic energetic principles including learning about the Chakras, Bandhas and Nadis. Learn ways to find a balance of both strength and grace in some more advanced poses – even those you thought were unattainable? Explore, play and access different postures that you may not practice in a regular weekly class. Be prepared to balance on your hands and go upside down! We will even have a class using the Yoga Wall. Sessions will end with breath work and a short meditation. Not appropriate for beginners.
