All levels are encouraged to attend our signature Vinyasa flow yoga classes, which is built around sun salutations and building heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. In this slower paced flowing class, your body and mind will connect as you build stability and strength for your joints and muscles while restoring flexibility. We flow with accessible transitions and specific alignment cues to keep bodies safe. Each class focuses on gaining balance with standing and balancing poses, making it excellent for those recovering from injury, just getting back into a yoga practice, and older adults.
Ignite your mind and body as you combine core strengthening exercises and challenging Vinyasa yoga. This deep core practice will tone your whole body, deepen your breathing, and specifically improve and develop key muscle groups in the core while stabilizing the back.
Propel your yoga practice forward in this faster paced and challenging Vinyasa/Hatha flow yoga class offering advanced poses, inversions, balances and breathwork. You will tone your whole body, build core strength, and break through plateaus. Intermediate to advanced encouraged!
Open to all abilities this well-rounded fitness class will enhance your cardiovascular system and tone your whole body through the use of full-range bodyweight movement patterns, light weight sandbells and kettlebells, a wide variety of resistance bands, speed cords, and much more! You'll never get bored and you'll always have fun preforming a huge variety of fitness movements that are fun and meaningful.

This super-fun and unique fitness class utilizes all the great equipment and exercises in our studio fitness space and we’ll be headed into our obstacle-based gym where we have fun on ground obstacles, rings, climbing ropes, bouldering, sandbags, and primal movements that will boost your agility, balance, speed, power, body awareness and stamina, translating into a leaner, fitter body. An awesome all levels class to help you train for outdoor events!
Achieve great results in toning and sculpting long, lean muscles using barre techniques, with stretching and strengthening in this well- rounded class. This is a low impact class appropriate for all levels that delivers an awesome full body workout.
Yoga classes are taught in a comfortable low to mid 70s temperature and fitness classes are in the mid to high 60s. To attend classes you must be 16+ years old, kids 13+ may attend with parent/guardian. You must cancel at least 1 hour in advance; no shows will be charged accordingly. There is an 8-minute grace period for late arrivals. Spots are limited; advance sign up is highly recommended through our MindBody Online account.
