In this mindful and steady flowing Hatha yoga class, your body and mind will connect as you concentrate on traditional poses, breathing and focus. We cue safe, accurate alignment and transitions between poses are guided with less strain on the body and careful modifications, but don't be fooled you will be challenged!

We incorporate ground obstacles, monkey bars, rings, climbing ropes, bouldering, sandbags, kettlebells, battleropes and primal movements that will boost your agility, balance, speed, power, body awareness and stamina, translating into a leaner, fitter body. We offer high-quality yoga props, the very best in innovative functional fitness and movement focused equipment. Plus our incredible Yoga Wall will give you all the options you need to achieve your goals. No excuses now!
Receive unlimited yoga and fitness classes plus entry to adult open studio. Recurring memberships are a month-to-month payment with a 30 day written cancellation policy.
Receive unlimited entry for kids open play (age 3 - 14) and toddler open play (age 1 - 5). Recurring memberships are a month-to-month payment with a 30 day written cancellation policy.
Yoga classes are taught in a comfortable low to mid 70s temperature and fitness classes are in the mid to high 60s. To attend classes you must be 15+ years old, kids 13+ may attend with parent/guardian. You must cancel at least 1 hour in advance; no shows will be charged accordingly. There is an 8-minute grace period for late arrivals. Spots are limited; advance sign up is highly recommended. If you are a new member please arrive 10 minutes early to complete waiver.
