YOGA + FITNESS CLASSES

Maintain a healthy body, both physically and mentally, with our wonderful Livestream Yoga Classes. In-Studio Yoga Classes will begin again at the end of March and we will be offering Outdoor Yoga Events and weekly Outdoor Yoga Classes this summer season as well! We also offer a wonderful variety of  Yoga Series and Yoga Workshops that give you the opportunity to dive deeper into specific yoga practices and techniques.

You must pre-register for all Livestream Classes on our Mindbody Online site or using the Mindbody App. 15 minutes before class you will receive an email with a link to ZOOM for you to join class, check your spam folder and make you are using your correct email address that is in your Mindbody Account. 2 hours advance notice for refund or account credit.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

YOGA FLOW 1 - 3

This is our signature all levels Vinyasa flow yoga class, which is built around sun salutations and building heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. Our highly knowledgable yoga teachers will guide you safely through smooth pose-to-pose transitions and each class is uniquely different. Leave class feeling strong and rejuvenated! 

YOGA FLOW 2/3

Propel your yoga practice forward in this challenging Vinyasa Flow yoga class offering advanced poses and transitions, inversions, and arm balances. You will tone your whole body, build core strength, and break through plateaus. Class also incorporates breath work and meditation to dive deeper into your yoga practice. This is a Level 2/3 class so intermediate to advanced practitioners welcome!

PRE + POSTNATAL YOGA

This class is designed to help pregnant ladies and recently postpartum moms (6 weeks - 1 year) safely strengthen and stretch their bodies, relax the mind, reduce discomfort, and improve postpartum recovery in this supportive environment. We will work on releasing common tensions in shoulders, back and hips, as well as safe core work for the postpartum moms! Use props from home - have blankets, pillows, towels, yoga blocks and a chair ready for classes. Babies are welcome too ;)

OUTDOOR YOGA CLASSES

Experience the wonderful feeling of a yoga community as we move and flow together while enjoying the warmth of the sunshine and sounds of the river! Uplift your mood, gain positive perspective and feel a sense of balance while also gaining flexibility and strength. All yoga classes meet in the Old Mill District on the grass north of Pastini Restaurant, next to the Deschutes River Trail walking path.


Back in 2021 by popular demand! This year's outdoor yoga season will begin with outdoor yoga events in April, with weekly outdoor yoga classes beginning in May, check back soon for more info!
