In this mindful and steady flowing Hatha yoga class, your body and mind will connect as you concentrate on traditional poses, breathing and focus. We cue safe, accurate alignment and transitions between poses are guided with less strain on the body and careful modifications, but don't be fooled you will be challenged!
All levels are encouraged to attend our signature Vinyasa flow yoga classes, which is built around sun salutations and building heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. Our highly knowledgable yoga teachers will guide you safely through smooth pose-to-pose transitions. Leave class feeling completely rejuvenated!
Ignite your mind and body as you combine core strengthening exercises and challenging Vinyasa yoga. This deep core practice will tone your whole body, deepen your breathing, and specifically improve and develop key muscle groups in the core while stabilizing the back.
Propel your yoga practice forward in this faster paced and challenging Vinyasa/Hatha flow yoga class offering advanced poses, inversions, balances and breathwork. You will tone your whole body, build core strength, and break through plateaus. Intermediate to advanced encouraged!
Open to all abilities this well-rounded fitness class will enhance your cardiovascular system and tone your whole body through the use of full-range bodyweight movement patterns, light weight sandbells and kettlebells, a wide variety of resistance bands, speed cords, and much more! You'll never get bored and you'll always have fun preforming a huge variety of fitness movements that are fun and meaningful.
Increase your strength and power safely and effectively as you are lead by highly experienced fitness instructors through innovative and fresh circuit training fitness class experiences. We use the latest, cutting-edge functional fitness equipment to create well-rounded routines that offer modifications and progressions so that people of all levels of conditioning can benefit.
Yoga classes are taught in a comfortable low to mid 70s temperature and fitness classes are in the mid to high 60s. To attend classes you must be 16+ years old, kids 13+ may attend with parent/guardian. You must cancel at least 1 hour in advance; no shows will be charged accordingly. There is an 8-minute grace period for late arrivals. Spots are limited; advance sign up is highly recommended through our MindBody Online account.
