Experience quality yoga and fitness classes in our beautiful and uplifting studio. Our highly experienced instructors teach a variety of well-rounded classes for all levels and abilities. We offer high-quality yoga props and the very best innovative functional fitness equipment to enhance your experience. And, if you never tried it before, our incredible Yoga Wall will give you all the options you need to achieve your goals. Plus in the summers we offer Outdoor Yoga Classes overlooking the Deschutes River- it's amazing!
In addition to weekly yoga classes, we offer a wonderful variety of Yoga + Fitness Series.
All series are a separate price.
Join us outside in the fresh air for this all levels adult Outdoor Yoga Flow Class built around sun salutations and creative sequencing to build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. You will be guided safely through smooth pose-to-pose transitions as you move with your breath. End class feeling completely rejuvenated. Prenatal students are welcome as well as teens 13 and older with parents.
Outdoor Yoga Flow Classes are held on the Free Spirit Yoga Grass, next to the Deschutes River Trail and Wheel Fun Rentals in the Old Mill District. If weather isn't appropriate, we will email you 30 minutes prior to class letting you know that class will be held in Free Spirit's yoga studio.

Join us for our signature vinyasa flow yoga class that will help you build endurance, flexibility and strength as you flow from pose to pose. Each Yoga Flow class is unique with different flow sequences and our experienced instructors give a variety of yoga pose variations so students of all levels will feel challenged and comfortable. Leave class feeling rejuvenated, stronger and centered!

Classes resume Monday, 9/12
Flow through fun and inspired mat sequences and then move to the Yoga Wall using props to invert, learn proper alignment and go deeper into poses. The Yoga Wall releases back and neck tension through spinal decompression and elongation, realigns the pelvis and simply feels amazing! You will increase strength, stamina, and flexibility while also strengthening your connection between mind, body, and spirit. All levels welcome!
