Sitting babies to walking toddlers bring your caregivers to this special yoga class to bond and connect as a family. We will create a stimulating environment to interest your child in exploring new movement patterns, enhance neuromuscular development, coordination, muscle strength and flexibility. We will integrate baby in games and yoga poses so caregivers can be stretching, strengthening, twisting and turning, as we sync breath and movement. This class will also introduce sharing, clean up, taking turns, the basics of social interaction, and song and sign language in a fun environment.

Do you love to run, stay strong and also practice yoga? We'll do all three components to gain an understanding of how they complement each other. We will incorporate a 30-minute run, a 15-minute strength session, and a 30-minute yoga practice. Yoga complements running by developing muscular strength, flexibility, and balance, as well as improving mental focus and breathing efficiency. Extra strength in your weaker areas or imbalances in your body can help prevent injury. Running is a wonderful complement for yoga enthusiasts as it boosts cardiovascular fitness. All levels welcome! We welcome all mom’s whether it’s your first little one or more! Each month a different guest specialist will speak about healthy family living and mama care.

First Fridays, come unwind from a hectic school week as you build strength and increase your flexibility through fun yoga sequences and flowing poses. Balance your mind-body connection as you dive into deeply restful restorative yoga poses in the second half of class. Designed for kids age 10 - 16 years old, bring a friend!

A.K.A. Parent's Night Out, that's right drop off your kids age 6 and older for up to 3 hours of fun in our super-rad indoor ninja warrior playspace. We'll have extra staff on hand to supervise and we'll provide FREE pizza and drinks for them so you can enjoy a special evening out and about. Advanced sign up is highly recommended. Ninja Nights corresponds with three of the main concerts at Les Schwab Amphitheater this summer!

Nourish, build strength and gain flexibility in the two largest joints in your body: hips and knees. Chronic pain due to wear and tear on these joints can prohibit us from participating in activities that bring us joy and limit our activities of daily living. In this workshop you will identify imbalances and work on specific physical exercises and yoga postures to promote the correct balance of strength, alignment and flexibility needed for optimal functional. This is an all levels workshop with individual attention.
