FAMILY ACROYOGA

Come learn exciting and accessible acrobatic and yoga movements and techniques in this family-friendly workshop. Your whole family will love to play like kids as we learn and perform specific partner acrobatics, yoga, group games, partner yoga, and Thai massage. Designed for kids ages 6+ and their parent/guardians, no experience is necessary! Acroyoga is a fun and unique fitness experience for everyone! Non-traditional families of all kinds are welcome.

Ready to kick-off a new fitness lifestyle? In this 4-week series adults (age 15+) will build stability and increase mobility for safe joints, gain hands-on experience with innovative functional fitness equipment, and condition your cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility through a variety of movement-based routines. After 4 weeks of training with our quality fitness instructors you will be equipped for your fitness journey!
