PRIVATE EVENTS

  • Appropriate for kids birthday parties, adult celebrations, corporate retreats and team building events
  • 2 hour use of our beautiful private party room and private access to the entire Ninja Warrior Gym!
  • Our max capacity is 35 participants
  • We provide ninja socks, plates, napkins, cups, cutlery, tables, table clothes
  • We decorate the space with tasteful decorations, you may bring additional decorations
  • Catered options available
  • Group yoga instruction and / or ninja warrior coaching available
  • Our staff will ensure that the space is fully cleaned once you leave

HOW TO BOOK

  1. All private events must be reserved in advance, for pricing options and to make a reservation email info@freespiritbend.com
  2. We’ll confirm availability and email you an online payment form. Reservation fee is due to complete your reservation. 
  3. Once payment is received we’ll email you a confirmation and a link for you and all your guests to sign our Online Waiver

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 72 hour notice for any changes to your reservation. If you do have to cancel you’ll receive your money back, minus a non-refundable $250 deposit
