In response to the COVID-19 crisis Free Spirit is offering livestream Adult Yoga + Fitness Classes starting next week! This includes Yoga Flow, Prenatal Yoga, and Sprit Fit classes. In addition, we will livestream our Family Ninja Class for littles with parent. It is critical to maintain a healthy body both physically and mentally, during this difficult time, and it is our intention to provide these classes at an affordable price and keep our Free Spirit community connected. This mom and baby yoga class is designed to help pregnant ladies and recently postpartum moms (6 weeks - 1 year) safely strengthen and stretch their bodies, relax the mind, reduce discomfort, and improve postpartum recovery in this supportive environment. We will work on releasing common tensions in shoulders, back and hips, as well as safe core work for the postpartum Bend moms!
Bring your baby along (6 weeks - walking) as you tone and stretch your body, transitioning safely back into your yoga practice in this yoga class. Release tension, especially those achy back and shoulders areas, as well as strengthen abdominal and back muscles to reduce postpartum back pain. Spend quality time bonding with baby while you care for yourself!
Bend moms and babies (2 weeks - walking) come connect and relate with other moms about the challenges and joys of being a mother and bring mindfulness to your parenting. We welcome all mom’s whether it’s your first little one or more! Each month a different guest specialist will speak about healthy family living and mama care.
