Bring your baby along (6 weeks - walking) as you tone and stretch your body, transitioning safely back into your yoga practice. Release tension, especially those achy back and shoulders areas, as well as strengthen abdominal and back muscles to reduce postpartum back pain. Spend quality time bonding with baby while you care for yourself!
First Fridays, moms and babies (2 weeks - walking) come connect and relate with other moms about the challenges and joys of being a mother and bring mindfulness to your parenting. We welcome all mom’s whether it’s your first little one or more! Each month a different guest specialist will speak about healthy family living and mama care.
