This is our signature all levels Vinyasa flow yoga class, which is built around sun salutations and building heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. Our highly knowledgable yoga teachers will guide you safely through smooth pose-to-pose transitions and each class is uniquely different. Leave class feeling strong and rejuvenated!
Propel your yoga practice forward in this challenging Vinyasa Flow yoga class offering advanced poses and transitions, inversions, and arm balances. You will tone your whole body, build core strength, and break through plateaus. Class also incorporates breath work and meditation to dive deeper into your yoga practice. This is a Level 2/3 class so intermediate to advanced practitioners welcome!
This class is designed to help pregnant ladies and recently postpartum moms (6 weeks - 1 year) safely strengthen and stretch their bodies, relax the mind, reduce discomfort, and improve postpartum recovery in this supportive environment. We will work on releasing common tensions in shoulders, back and hips, as well as safe core work for the postpartum moms! Use props from home - have blankets, pillows, towels, yoga blocks and a chair ready for classes. Babies are welcome too ;)
Ready to commit to a more healthy and better version of YOU! New to yoga or just want to brush up? In this 4-week livestream yoga series you'll learn from our experienced yoga teacher, Rachel Augustine, how to safely align, connect and flow through yoga poses that will build your strength, increase your flexibility and balance, and enhance your mind-body connection. Each week you will learn new poses and the practice will build upon the the week before it. You will also learn breathing techniques used in yoga and some yoga philosophy. Commit to 4 weeks of yoga and be shocked at the mental clarity and physical improvements you’ll achieve!

Being a mom is one the most challenging and rewarding things you will ever do! Part of the challenge is feeling you don’t have the time or energy to keep yourself healthy in mind and body and feeling unsupported. Join Free Spirit’s owner and mom of two littles, Rachel Augustine, for this rewarding 4-week livestream yoga series designed specifically for moms with younger kids, ages 5 and under (but no kids allowed during classes:). We will develop a yoga and mindful practice that will build strength and flexibility for your mind and body and help balance out your emotions. We will work to reduce common “mom” tensions especially in low back, neck, and shoulders, while increasing core strength and rebalancing your hips and pelvis. You will also learn Ayurvedic Yoga methods that will reduce fatigue and balance your system from the food you are eating to the type of yoga practice you should be doing. In addition, each week you’ll receive do-able daily mindful practices and a bonus 30-minute recorded yoga class to do on your own schedule. All while creating a wonderful community of like-minded Yoga Mamas. All levels welcome!

It’s your time to THRIVE—inside and out in our invigorating, replenishing and transformative yoga series designed just for women. Shed the habits that are holding you back through Vinyasa yoga practices that will progressively strengthen your body, develop your stamina, and enhance your flexibility. Boost your physical, mental, and spiritual self as we combine breathwork and subtle body energetics including Chakras, Vayus, Ayurveda and other yogic philosophies in our practices. Commit to four weeks and the momentum you cultivate will permeate throughout the rest of your day. Students will also receive an extra 45-minute yoga practice to do virtually each week as well as mindfulness and journaling assignments. Previous experience practicing yoga is required.

Learn the art of self-massage! We hold much of our tension and stress in hard-to-reach myofascial tissue. In this livestream workshop, Ryann will guide you through a "roll out" massage for your neck, shoulders, back, hips, legs, and feet using Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls. Reach new levels of opening, relaxation, and healing, as well as deeper breath patterns and better posture. This workshop will teach self-massage techniques that you can use on your own to release tension and to relax your body. You will need a set of Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls for this workshop. If you are local to Bend you can purchase the balls and do curbside pick-up! All levels welcome.
