Kids (age 8 - 12) will get moving in our kids fitness classes, through dynamic movements your children will greatly improve their cardiovascular system, build muscular endurance, and increase strength. Our kids fitness classes are a fun, non-competitive, all levels alternative designed specifically for kids to help improve their agility, balance, and overall coordination. Kids will learn foundational fitness routines that will help them maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.
