Kids (age 6 - 12) will have a blast as they enhance flexibility, strength, balance and coordination through our kids yoga program. Mindful yoga techniques will calm the nervous system, manage frustrations, and improve focus. Plus concentration and body awareness will improve through breathing techniques and healthy movement. 4 sessions meet once a week. Parents can drop-off.

First Fridays, come unwind from a hectic school week as you build strength and increase your flexibility through fun yoga sequences and flowing poses. Balance your mind-body connection as you dive into deeply restful restorative yoga poses in the second half of class. Designed for kids age 10 - 16 years old, bring a friend!
