Kids (age 6 - 12) will enhance flexibility, gain strength, and greatly improve balance and coordination through our kids yoga classes. Mindful yoga techniques are important for calming the nervous system, managing frustrations, and improving focus. Plus our kids yoga classes help develop concentration through breathing techniques, enhanced body awareness and healthy movement.


  • All classes are a 6-week series, class meets once a week
  • We do not hold class on major holidays, Thanksgiving week, or Spring Break
  • Kids may drop-in or prorate the series if space is available, however we often sell out so advanced registration is highly recommended
  • For Kids Yoga, children must bring a yoga mat or we rent yoga mats for $2
  • For Kids Fitness, children must wear athletic clothes and shoes
  • Parents can drop-off
  • We require 7 days advance notice for full refund or account credit, no partial refunds allowed
