This all levels Livestream Yoga Flow class is built around sun salutations and creative sequencing to build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. Our highly knowledgable yoga teachers will guide you safely through smooth pose-to-pose transitions as you move with your breath. End class feeling completely rejuvenated, uplifted and grounded all at the same time! Have a towel, blanket and/or yoga blocks ready for class if you like to use them.
Yoga + Fit starts with bodyweight fitness exercises and ends with yoga flow movements. The fitness component will strengthen muscles and increase cardiovascular endurance, while the yoga portion focuses on deep breathing and increasing mobility for an incredible whole body workout. Great for all levels, no equipment is necessary except a yoga mat.
Open to all abilities this well-rounded fitness class will enhance your cardiovascular system and tone your whole body through the use of full-range bodyweight movement patterns, light weight sandbells, and a wide variety of resistance bands and outdoor HIIT drills. You'll never get bored and you'll always have fun preforming a huge variety of fitness movements that are fun and meaningful.
This class is designed to help pregnant ladies and recently postpartum moms (6 weeks - 1 year) safely strengthen and stretch their bodies, relax the mind, reduce discomfort, and improve postpartum recovery in this supportive environment. We will work on releasing common tensions in shoulders, back and hips, as well as safe core work for the postpartum moms! Use props from home - have blankets, pillows, towels, yoga blocks and a chair ready for classes. Babies are welcome too ;)
