KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTIES

  • Reservation fee: $250 includes 12 Kids Open Play passes
  • Bring more kids for only $10 each (up to 20 kids total)
  • Appropriate for kids 3 - 12 years old
  • 2 hour use of our beautiful private party room and access to indoor play space during Kids Open Play
  • We provide plates, napkins, cups, cutlery, tables, table clothes
  • We decorate the space with tasteful decorations, you may bring additional decorations
  • Our staff will ensure that the space is fully cleaned once you leave

TODDLER BIRTHDAY PARTIES

  • Reservation fee: $200 includes 8 Toddler Open Play passes
  • Bring more toddlers for only $8 each (up to 12 toddlers total)
  • Appropriate for kids 1 - 5 years old (all children must be 5 and under for safety)
  • 1.5 hour access to indoor play space during Toddler Open Play, which includes use of cafe for your celebration
  • Includes 8 Toddler Open Play passes valid during your party 
  • We provide plates, napkins, cups, cutlery, tables, table clothes
  • We decorate the space with tasteful decorations, you may bring additional decorations
  • Our staff will ensure that the space is fully cleaned once you leave

HOW TO BOOK

  1. All birthday parties must be reserved in advance, to make a reservation email info@freespiritbend.com
  2. We’ll confirm room availability and email you an online payment form. Reservation fee is due to complete your reservation. 
  3. Once payment is received we’ll email you a confirmation and a link for you and all your guests to sign our Online Waiver

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 72 hour notice for any changes to your reservation. If you cancel you’ll receive your money back, minus a non-refundable $100 deposit.

IMPORTANT INFO

  • All birthday parties must be reserved in advance, birthday party crashers will be denied 
  • We are a shoes-OFF, grip socks-ON gym, kids must wear grip socks or buy them from us for $3 if they don't have any, and adults must wear socks
  • No additional passes need to be purchased for adults
  • For Kids Birthday Parties, babies under 3 years old are FREE and not counted as part of the attendance
  • For Toddler Birthday Parties, babies under 1 years old are FREE and not counted as part of the attendance
  • Your children are counted as part of the attendance
  • There are set party time blocks, you will be given available party times when you start the party booking process
  • Food and drinks are not provided, however you are welcome to bring your own food, drinks and birthday cake
  • NO GLASS
